We have now completed our review of our Reseller Hosting Plans and have made the following changes:

NOTE We will now be charging for all Reseller Plans in NZ Dollars rather than US Dollars and due to this there will be a slight increase to the plan prices to compensate for the exchange rate differences.

Effective Immediately

Starter Plan now called BRONZE plan - Disk increased from 5,000MB to 15,000MB, Traffic increased from 50,000MB to 100,000MB

Lite Plan now called SILVER plan - Disk increased from 12,000MB to 30,000MB, Traffic increased from 100,000 to 250,000MB

Value Plan now called GOLD plan - Disk increased from 25,000MB to 50,000MB, Traffic increased from 250,000 to 500,000MB

Enhanced Plan - Retired, any user that is on this plan will be moved to the GOLD Plan

New Pricing as follows (all in NZ$)

BRONZE Plan = $18/pm

SILVER Plan = $30/pm

GOLD Plan = $60/pm

Discounts do also still apply for pre-payment of your account at 1% per month of prepayment, or 15% for 12 months prepayment.

Also for those that have already pre-payed for a year in advance we will ensure that your balances are correct so that you don't loose out on any pre-paid months left.

We hope to soon move to a new billing system (WHMCS) which should also make receiving and paying for your Kiwihosting invoice a little easier the new system will also provide the ability to setup Paypal subscriptions subscriptions. We will be rolling this out first to resellers as a trial before also rolling this out to our shared hosting customers.

As promised earlier we have now completed our review of all Shared Hosting Plans and have made the following changes:

Effective Immediately

Lite Plan - Disk increased from 750MB to 1,500MB, Traffic now unlimited

Pro Plan - Disk increased from 1,000MB to 2,500MB, Traffic now unlimited

Extreme Plan - Disk increased from 2,000MB to 5,000MB, Traffic now unlimited

Prices remain unchanged on all plans for existing customers, however there is likely to be a small increase in price in the near future, so if your considering a plan upgrade, or becoming a new Kiwihosting.net customer then please feel free to signup or request an upgrade now to ensure you get the best price possible. When the price increase does occur all current customers will continue to be charged at today's prices.

Resellers we haven't forgotten you either, we'll now start reviewing these plans and hope to have some news for you in the next few weeks.

Firstly a Happy and Prosperous New Year to all Kiwihosting.net customers.

We will shortly be moving to Unlimited Data allowances across all Shared hosting Plans and we will also be increasing the Disk Space allowance for all Shared hosting plans at the same time.

The exact size of the disk space increases is yet to be determined however we will be making these updates to your plans within the next 7-10 days, we’ll advise you of the disk space increase at that time.

These changes come at no extra cost to you and there is nothing you need to do to receive these upgrades. Your hosting plan will continue to remain at the same price as it is today.

We have now commenced closing down of the HSphere accounts.

If you have not completed your migration to the new servers please contact us urgently for an extension, we are able to provide 1-2 more weeks if required but after that time we will no longer have access to the servers to be able to assist with migrations or retrieval of your data.

A reminder to all HSphere customers that we will be closing down our HSphere servers on the 1st of October as per the HSphere logon message.

Please ensure you have migrated your data, files, databases, email etc over to HELM before this date to avoid potentially lossing data.

Note as we are no longer supporting HSphere we have also ceased ALL BILLING for HSphere accounts.  Your balances will be transfered to HELM upon notification to us that you have completed the transfer.
